We invest our years of experience into the realisation of our culinary concept; we are well-structured and remain open to new ideas

Each day, our chef Delio Beretta and his team put all their creativity and skill to use in crafting our various delicious recipes. Our kitchen has a regional orientation – with a focus on Ticino and Italian elements – and unites this with influences from Swiss and French cuisine. Traditional recipes meet more unusual creations.

The newly renovated restaurant “Collinetta” opened its doors to all guests in 2011. Until then, it was reserved for hotel guests. The smaller and larger dining rooms in modern style feature stone floors, teak-wood tables, and an end-to-end windowfront. The terrace was modernised as well; it now extends along the entire length of the restaurant. The half-board menu from before the renovation was replaced by an à la carte or 4-course daily menu option.

Do you need a refreshment or fancy a celebratory toast? Whether coffee in the afternoon, aperitif, espresso corretto, or post-dinner digestif… we are looking forward to finding the right drink for you at our bar. Enjoy your drink in a cosy corner of our garden or have it served in our comfortable and stylish lounge. The modern teak-wood tables, as well as the characteristic poser table in the very middle of the bar, invite you to while away some relaxing hours. Every now and then, we tune into an exciting sports event on the large flat-screen, as it is always better to watch with good company. To your health!
