Gastronomy is the feather in our cap. From when the new restaurant has been built in 2011, not only the guests of the Hotel, but also the local people arrive and appreciate the moderne furnish combined to the breathtaking view in front of you.
Our philosophy bases on menu that daily change. The choice is enriched by amenu a la carte that allows to satisfy different types of requests. The kitchen bases on ticinesi or Italian products, mixed with French and Swiss cuisine. We often introduce classical dishes and ohers with more particular elements. Traditional or vegetarian dishes always belong to the choice.
The first subjects are select with care, paying attention to the genuineness and the freshness. When it is possible we resort gladly to first local products.
In our wine cellar the swiss wines, especially the most typical Merlot of the Ticino, always master. We have a beautiful choice of Italian wines and some from Swiss cantons.
The half-board package also includes dinner: the menu includes four courses in the new restaurant, with its large windows offering views of the park.
In summer, breakfast is served on one of the most beautiful terraces in Ascona on Lake Maggiore.
The restaurant is open to local people and offer high quality at an affordable price with a very interesting menu à la carte. We are always very flexible and open to special requests.
In the cafe and in the adjacent Lounge it is possible to relax, to chat, to read and to play. Alone or in company gladly the clients of the hotel drink a cappuccino in the afternoon, the appetizer or the digestive. The tall wood table detaches in center and confers to the place a modern area.
